Janice spent 5 years at WalkMe building and leading Customer Success as a Director. Janice is an artist & mother and resides In Santa Cruz, CA. She spends her time on the beach & her Printmaking workshop.

George started his tech career In 2013. For four years he worked at a boutique eCommerce company managing website builds & redesigns. George spent 5 years at WalkMe as a Director of Customer Success from Start-Up to IPO. George and his wife Julie and two children reside in Cherry Hill. George is an avid historian who is writing a novel on the American Civil War.

Elena Laios

Operations Lead
Elena entered the workforce as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and utilized innovative technology to help her nonverbal clients communicate. In 2016 WalkMe recruited Elena to become one of the first Customer Success Managers. Elena was the benchmark for all other CSMs in helping clients maximize the value of their tech stack. Elena resides in Ridgewood, NJ with her husband, daughter, and golden doodle. You can find her on the weekends in a cozy cafe with her family or out on a hiking trail chasing Lady around!

Kamil joined the tech space after graduating from Harvard University in 2016. He worked in a variety of technical and business-oriented roles before becoming a Product Manager, where he led the development for the communications tools within WalkMe’s Workstation. Kamil is currently traveling around the world, where he pursues his passion of adventure photography and writing.

Bri is a Data Scientist with her masters from UC Berkeley and studied Mechanical Engineering & Computer Science as her undergrad. She joined WalkMe in 2017 and helped shape the Professional Services department. Briana is based in L.A. In her free time she can be seen riding a scooter through Santa Monica and taking her dog on a walk.

Peter Caldwell

Peter began his career in sales at a boutique firm in the Salesforce.com ecosystem. He joined WalkMe in 2016 as a member of the NYC professional services team and contributed to developing WalkMe's deployment strategy. WalkMe’s CEO tasked Peter to create WalkMe's templates, which became the Solution Accelerator Program. The Accelerator product/program has assisted almost 1000 customers.. Peter resides in Charleston, SC with his wife, Elena, and their pup, Coco. He enjoys long walks, continuous learning through podcasts and reading, and experimenting with new recipes.

Brett entered the Tech Space in 2014 working in SaaS-based solutions. His experience spans FinTech Compliance, Machine Learning Automation, and Digital Adoption Platforms. Brett brings a wealth of experience in the DAP market with time spent at both WalkMe and Apty serving Customers in the Fortune 500 as a CSM and AE. Brett splits his time living in Brooklyn and Berlin where he enjoys sound installations, cycling, and connecting with people from all over the world.

He has a passion for basketball, comics, and sneaker culture.

Axel joined WalkMe in 2019 as part of the technical support team, where he quickly demonstrated his skills and leadership abilities. This led him to become the team lead before transitioning into a Customer Success Manager role. Axel holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Outside of work, he is passionate about Fit Boxing and enjoys attending live music events

The Story
The ironies in our lives aren’t always clear at the moment, but looking back at one puts a smile on my face. On a late summer day in 2016 I walked into WalkMe’s NYC office to interview for a Customer Success role. Sitting across the table from me was one of WalkMe’s stars, Janice Lin. I would have never guessed that I was interviewing with a future friend, mentor, and business partner.
Five years later we stood side by side in Time Square as CS Directors as we celebrated WalkMe’s IPO. This picture represents years of hard work as we helped to build WalkMe’s brand and the best practices to make WalkMe deployments successful. If only we had a picture from our first meeting to juxtapose it!
